Yoga for Improvers Course Meath

This 8 week course is suitable for those who have practiced yoga before. Our instructor will take you through a variety of breathing and stretching exercises to help improve postural alignment and co-ordination while building strength, endurance and flexibility. These classes are also aimed at bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit. Bring a mat, towel and water. Qualified and experienced instruction provided by Fiona.
