This course is perfect for those who have never tried yoga or tried it just a couple of times. The teacher will introduce you to several types of yoga. You will be instructed how to do the exercises understanding how good they are for your health. Yoga is mostly about breathing, yoga poses and meditation.
You will try Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathing) and Yoga Nidra (meditation). Every class will finish with meditation.
