Italian Cooking at Home Course in Galway
Italian cuisine is rich and various. People in the whole world love pizza, some of them try to cook it at home. Those who are more into cooking – more dishes from foccaccia and lasagne to risotto and pasta.
The teacher will show how to cook Italian dishes with Irish fish, meat and vegetables. A light lunch is included as well as tasting samples with a glass of wine. You will also bring home samples of the days produce.
