St. Conleth’s Community College offers Yoga for beginners and improvers, there are different groups. Would you like to learn core exercises that will help fine-tune your body alignment and improve your balance and posture? You will also learn yoga poses for strengthening the neck, hips, and lower back as well as alleviate pain. Some important breathing techniques are included into the course. They will bring you inner calmness and stress relief.
