Fitness for over 50s Course in Carlow

This course is Dance Fitness for people who are in their 50s. Relaxed atmosphere, having fun and taking care of our health and well-being. Classes include an easy warm-up, stretching and simple dance sequences designed specially for the over 50s.

Participants meet once a week in the afternoon. Classes are not expensive, they also offer tea and coffee.
